David L. Hoffman, Sr.

David L. Hoffman, Sr., of Sharpsburg, was called to the Lord on Saturday, November 11, 2022. Beloved husband of Denise Hoffman (Troyan). Father of David Hoffman, Jr. (Maggie), and Daniel Hoffman. Foster father of Felicity and Luke Hoffman, and  Mariah Mangis. Grandfather of Dante, Logan, Austin, Louie, and Billy. Brother of Jane (Efrain) Baeza and Greg Hoffman. Preceded in death by his father Louis Hoffman and mother Jane Hoffman, his brothers Gary and Mark Hoffman, and grandaughter Mariah Zorak-Hoffman. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. David loved sharing his love and respect for the outdoors with his family and friends. Friends received Wednesday 4-9 pm at Slater Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc.- Sharpsburg (formerly Worrell Funeral Home, Inc.), 820 Main St., Sharpsburg, PA 15215, (412-782-2211). A Funeral Service will be held Thursday at Sharpsburg Family Worship Center at 11 am.
