Geraldine "Gerri" R. Panza (Meinert)

Age 92, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024, after a long illness. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Panza. A loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, and neighbor. A musician and a prolific artist. A woman of strong faith and determination. She is survived by her seven children, Terry Mausser (Jim) of Glenshaw, Tom of Butler, Michael of Natrona Heights, Mark of Millvale, Guy of Sharpsburg, and the late John and Marie Woehrel of Sharpsburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; her sister Evelyn Fabian; and her daughter-in-law Lucy Panza. Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Wednesday at Slater Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. Sharpsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ The King Parish in St. Joseph Church on Thursday at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation or to The American Cancer Society.
