Gloria M. Thibault (Medina)

Age 88, of Shaler Twp., formerly of Sharpsburg. Peacefully surrounded by family, went home to be with the Lord on February 15, 2024. Beloved wife of Gilles. She was a loving and cherished mother to Monique (Ken) Grabowski and Gilles (Ann) Thibault. She was a very proud grandmother to Ryan, Jacob, Grace, and Margie. Sister of Josephine Paese, Lucy Hastings, and Carmella Strain, and the late Julie, William, Wolfe, Jesse, Mike, and Ben Medina. She was an adored aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was also a Godmother to many. She was a friend to everyone she met. Her love for Jesus was reflected in every generous act of kindness she constantly displayed. She hosted many Mexican fiestas for her family. She travelled to Mexico frequently and was proud of her Mexican heritage. She was a member of The Sisters of St. Francis Associate Program, helping to spread the love of God through prayer and deeds. Absent from the body, present with The Lord. There will be no visitation.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 10am at Christ The King Parish in Madonna of Jerusalem Church, 220 9 th St. Sharpsburg, PA 15215. Arrangements entrusted to Slater Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. Sharpsburg.
