Jean L. Razum

Age 90 died Tuesday, June 22.She was born April 17, 1931 to George and Margaret Woistman.   Raised in Cherry City – Shaler PA with her brother Robert (Elvira) Woistman and her late sisters Ruth (Dr. James) Mock, and MaryLou Gissendaner.  Lifetime member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church Sharpsburg. Jean married her late husband Louis and raised her family in Sharpsburg.   She lived the last 17 years of her life peacefully at Concordia Lutheran Home Cabot.  Loving mother of Linda (Victor) Dimsho and Daniel (Maureen) Razum.   Cherished grandmother of Molly and Olivia Razum. Sister in law of Joe Razum (late Rita), Rudolph Razum (Margie), Rose Wagner (late Charles) and many nieces and nephews.  Jean was an incessant reader throughout her life and was always up for a good card or board game, especially Scrabble!   There will be no visitation.  Burial will take place in a private graveside ceremony. To celebrate Jean's life, play a thoughtful game of Scrabble with a friend or loved one.    In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Concordia Lutheran Ministries, Cabot. PA.   Heartfelt thanks are extended to the staff at Concordia Cabot, whose compassionate care over the last 17 years made all the difference.  Their dedication and professionalism provided Jean and her family with comfort during her stay there.Arrangements entrusted to Worrell Funeral Home, Inc., Sharpsburg.
