Steven E. Carnevali, Sr.

On January 30, 2023, Mr. Steven E. Carnevali, Sr. passed peacefully in the company of his wife, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Patricia (Petraglia) Carnevali, his sons Dr. Steven E. Carnevali, Jr., Carmen A. Carnevali, and his daughters Christine A. Carnevali and Tricia Carnevali Ross. Also survived by eight grandchildren who he loved dearly. Steven was a graduate of Duquesne University and spent most of his time as a pharmacist helping the people of Lawrenceville. A native of Pittsburgh's "Little Italy", Bloomfield, he spent a lot of time coaching Little League and watching baseball and football games at Dean's Field. A huge Steeler fan and season ticket holder, Steven spent many Sundays with his children in Three Rivers Stadium and Heinz Field. A devoted husband and grandfather, he enjoyed every holiday with his family and summers at Long Beach Island. He had many great stories about brothers-in-law Michael and Louis, X, and his favorite dog, Kingie. Steven will be terribly missed but never forgotten. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ The King Parish in St. Joseph Church Friday at 10:30 am (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH), with burial to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in O'Hara Twp. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Willie Stargell Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to SLATER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES INC. SHARPSBURG (412-782-2211).
